When I walked through the door, it had been several years since I had been in a gym, I was low on energy, and I needed to lose 40+ pounds. I felt that a trainer would help get me back in shape. In the year and a half since, I have lost almost 30 pounds, my flexibility is markedly improved, I have high energy, and exercise, once a rarity, is now a part of my life nearly every day. As an IT professional, I have worked a mostly stationary job at a computer, all day, for 20 years. This resulted in numerous posture and asymmetry issues, as well as repetitive low back injuries. I never had a lot of confidence in hitting the gym nor participating in many athletic activities.
Dan took the time to understand my concerns and learn my history, met me at the level I was at, and put me on a path where I could regain confidence in what my body can do.
